Bridging the Gap is the second studio album by Black Eyed Peas, released on September 26, 2000. It contained the single "Request + Line", featuring Macy Gray. "Weekends" was remixed & renamed as "Another Weekend" for the Deluxe Edition of their fifth studio album The E.N.D.. Kim Hill left the group during the year of this album but she is featured on the song "Hot" seen in the "Weekends" video & is the background singer in "Tell Your Mama Come". The album had favorable reviews, and holds a score of 74% on metacritic.
This was their final album as Black Eyed Peas, before they changed their name to The Black Eyed Peas.
